Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.

  • Implement group HR policies in coordination with the Lead HR Manager in Singapore, ensuring legal compliance.

  • Oversee compensation & benefits, including payroll, PIT, social insurance, performance management, and rewards.

  • Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.

  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.

  • Drive HR process improvements and HR system initiatives.

  • Oversee office administration, facilities, IT coordination, travel, visas, and senior management meetings.

  • Prepare monthly HR reports and metrics for group review.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.

  • At least 5 years of HR management experience in a foreign manufacturing environment.

  • Strong knowledge of labor law, recruitment, labor relations, payroll, PIT, and social insurance.

  • Fluent in English; Chinese is a plus.

  • Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
