Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes.
Implement group HR policies in coordination with the Lead HR Manager in Singapore, ensuring legal compliance.
Oversee compensation & benefits, including payroll, PIT, social insurance, performance management, and rewards.
Identify training needs and coordinate development programs.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.
Drive HR process improvements and HR system initiatives.
Oversee office administration, facilities, IT coordination, travel, visas, and senior management meetings.
Prepare monthly HR reports and metrics for group review.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
At least 5 years of HR management experience in a foreign manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of labor law, recruitment, labor relations, payroll, PIT, and social insurance.
Fluent in English; Chinese is a plus.
Strong leadership, communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
