Handle daily HR operations, policies, and labor law compliance
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning
Manage performance review, employee relations, and disciplinary cases
Oversee compensation & benefits and support payroll process
Drive training, development, and employee engagement initiatives
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field
10+ years of HR experience, including HR management
Good knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Strong communication skills; good at English
