JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Human Resources
Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment activities
Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and systems
Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs
Manage employee relations and handle internal HR issues
Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and company regulations
Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation
Administration
Supervise daily administrative operations (office management, assets, suppliers, etc.)
Manage office facilities, equipment, and vendor relationships
Ensure a professional, well-organized working environment
Support company events, internal activities, and logistics
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Japanese proficiency: JLPT N2 or above (N1 preferred)
English proficiency is a plus
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Administration
Prior experience in a senior or team leader role is preferred
Solid understanding of Vietnamese labor law and HR practices
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
