JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment
  • Carry out recruitment plans with hiring managers
  • Source for potential candidates for hiring managers shortlisting
  • Schedule the interview and facilitate the interview process
Onboarding
  • Update new hires data in HRIS (Workday & ESSP)
  • Inform the labour office or any other local authorities, if required
  • Prepare personal file for new hires
Benefits, Welfare & Leave Administration
  • Manage the employees’ benefits program (e.g.  leave benefits)
  • Manage recreational activities.  Implement schemes to improve motivation
  • Generate reports ensuring confidentiality of data
  • Manage performance improvement plan for poor performers
Compensation & Payroll Management
  • Manage the salary, bonus and promotion exercise following the guidelines from HASSIN HR
  • Participate in yearly Mercer Total Renumeration Survey
  • Provide timely & full support to onboard the Expatriates relating to work visas, work permit, relocation services, housing and more.
HR & Admin Policies, Processes & Audits
  • Review and update the HR & Admin policies in accordance to HAS guidelines and local laws
  • Review work processes to achieve better work efficiencies and cost savings
  • Provides information required for internal and external audits

JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • 5 years or more of experience in a similar position in an IT company
  • English business level
  •  Planning, management, and reporting skills
