Sales & Marketing Manager
Job Description:
• Conduct market research and competitor and customer analysis
• Achieve growth and hit sales targets
• Design and implement a strategic business plan
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Analyze date to identify sales opportunities
• Cultivate effective business relationship and executive decision maker in key accounts.
• Understand competitor activity and accordingly make plans.
• Weekly/monthly/ quarterly/ annually working report & plan
Requirement:
· Language – Fluent in written and spoken English
· Independent & Mature Sales Individual
· Industrial Sales with minimum 5 to 7 Years sales experience
· Industrial Engineering or Chemical Sales experience Preferred
· Experience in Solutions Selling on Industrial or Packaging Products
· To Establish and Manage Several Distributor Channels on assigned territory
· Sales driven with a passion to map out customers’ process, understand their requirements, and to recommend company range of appropriate solutions
· Chemical Or Engineering Academic Background
Benefit:
· Salary: 1000-1200, title base on experience)
· 13th month salary + bonus KPI
