Our client, a leading and innovative Building Materials company, is looking for talents as Head of Project to join their growing team and contribute to expanding business in Vietnam with strong focus on Northern Area.
This position is open for Local Vietnamese candidate only.
- Responsible for developing sales to designated strategic project sales activity as well as develop long and short term business performance of Project sales function
- This role is responsible for keeping consistent and profitable growth through sales revenue coming from positive planning, management. It’s required to Identify objectives, implement strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term projects sales and earnings via projects win
- Bachelor and Technical bachelor is a priority.
- Minimum 5-10 year experience in the same position, preferably in B2B
- Experience of working in leading construction market and service
- Experience of managing and delivering similar project sales through to completion/ after-care
- Proven sales and closing skills
- Experience of managing complexity project sales and account
- Experience with modern sales method and skills
- Outstanding communication skills that used to liasing with key decision maker on projects sales
- Excellent in presentation skill to easily communicate with audiences in Vietnamese. Good presentation skill
- Show strong sense of ownership to drive business beyond its potential
- Self-motivation and be accountable for own actions
- Able to work under high pressure and flexible business environment
- Salary: $4000 - $5000
- Company allowances + Annual performance bonus (following company’s regulation)
- Position: Upon qualification and experience of selected candidate.
