A global technology company is looking for a Technical Lead Embedded Networking to drive embedded software development and architecture for advanced networking products.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end development of embedded software for networking devices.

• Design system architecture and define solutions on Embedded Linux platforms.

• Develop and optimize networking features such as WiFi, PON, and Ethernet.

• Troubleshoot complex issues across software, networking protocols, and system integration layers.

• Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality and maintainability.

• Mentor engineers and support technical development within the team.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional and international teams on project execution and risk management.

• Take ownership of feature delivery from design to release.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in embedded software or networking development.

• Proven experience in technical leadership or mentoring engineers.

• Strong understanding of networking protocols

• Hands‑on experience with Embedded Linux

• Good English communication

• Experience with broadband technologies (WiFi 6/7, PON, …).

• Familiarity with chipsets such as Qualcomm, Broadcom.

• Experience working in international teams.

• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
