A company in the IT services industry is hiring for a Full Stack Web Developer (Spring Boot / Angular) position.
Location: Tokyo
Job Description
Design and develop scalable backend services using Spring Boot.
Build responsive and high-performance Single Page Applications (SPA) using Angular.
Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to support application functionality and system integration.
Collaborate closely with product, UX, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Enhance existing features, troubleshoot issues, debug applications, and optimize overall system performance.
Participate in system architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
Qualifications
Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in web development.
Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
Hands-on experience developing applications with Angular.
Experience building Single Page Applications (SPA) from the ground up.
Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs.
Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, TypeScript, and JavaScript.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Knowledge and development experience related to billing systems in Japan.
Native-level Japanese proficiency or JLPT N1 equivalent.
Experience with AWS services, particularly SQS, Step Functions, and ECS, is an advantage.
Experience with cloud-native services is preferred.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.
Knowledge of Docker and containerization technologies is a plus.
Exposure to event-driven architecture is advantageous.
Experience in performance tuning and application monitoring is preferred.
Understanding of authentication and authorization concepts such as JWT and OAuth is beneficial.
Knowledge of billing systems and financial calculation logic is an advantage.
