The Financial Advisory Staff role, based onsite in Hanoi, prepares advisory reports across financial and tax due diligence, business valuation, Purchase Price Allocation (PPA), Post-Merger Integration (PMI), International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), internal control, and internal audit. The position works closely with clients, managers, certified public accountants, and external valuation firms to support informed business decisions.
Responsibilities
Prepare financial advisory reports covering financial and tax due diligence, business valuation, Purchase Price Allocation (PPA), Post-Merger Integration (PMI), IFRS advisory, internal control, and internal audit
Collaborate with Financial Advisory Services (FAS) managers, Japan-certified public accountants, and external valuation firms when required
Engage with clients and management teams to understand their business operations and expectations
Incorporate insights from clients and management teams into advisory deliverables
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
More than 1 year of experience in financial and tax due diligence, financial valuation, IFRS advisory, internal control, or internal audit within a consulting or accounting firm
Strong expertise in at least one of the following areas: financial and tax due diligence, IFRS, internal control, or internal audit
