Finance & Accounting Manager

Location: Hai Phong, Vietnam
Company: 100% Japanese-invested manufacturing company (household, kitchen & interior products)

Responsibilities

• Manage all finance and accounting activities in compliance with Vietnamese regulations.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and manufacturing cost control.

• Handle tax matters (VAT, CIT, PIT, etc.) and work with auditors and tax authorities.

• Strengthen internal controls and improve finance processes.

• Lead and develop the Finance & Accounting team.

• Report financial performance to management and Head Office.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.

• 8–10 years of experience in accounting/finance, including managerial experience.

• Solid knowledge of VAS, taxation, and manufacturing cost accounting.

• Experience with household goods, kitchenware, interior products, or similar manufactured products is preferred.

• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

• English: Good business communication (required).
