We are seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to CEO working at Ho Chi Minh city.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • This position will work directly with the CEO and support daily business operations, executive coordination, and international communication across Southeast Asia.

  • Ability to arrange business trips, business dinners, and various reservations.

  • Ability to prepare meeting minutes and follow-up summaries. 

  • Support interpretation and translation between Vietnamese and English for the CEO when required.

  • The role is not limited to traditional secretarial work. The successful candidate will be expected to support management activities, coordinate cross-border business matters, manage executive schedules and communications, and assist in various strategic and operational projects.

  • The candidate will have opportunities to gain exposure to international business operations, regional management, and the healthcare industry in ASEAN markets including Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand, and other countries. 

  • This role is suitable for candidates who are highly organized, proactive, internationally minded, and eager to grow within a fast-moving regional company environment.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • University degree required. Refer Graduates from universities in English-speaking countries are preferred. (e.g., Singapore, UK, US, Australia, Canada, New Zealand) 

  • High proficiency in English communication and writing skills. 

  • Candidates with experience in international or multicultural environments are welcome.

  • Experience as CEO Assistant / Executive Assistant. 

  • Work experience at a foreign-affiliated company or international corporation.

  • Experience in the medical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry is welcome. 

  • Work experience at a startup or growth-oriented company is welcome.

  • Experience in sales support, marketing support, or secretarial duties is welcome.

  • Schedule management and meeting coordination skills.

  • Communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Possesses a high sense of responsibility and commitment to confidentiality.

  • Capable of handling tasks with speed and efficiency. 

  • Proactive in action, anticipating needs rather than waiting for instructions. 

  • Flexible and adaptable to a rapidly changing environment.

  • Honest, courteous, and capable of professional conduct.

  • High attention to detail, minimizing errors.

  • Possesses high stress tolerance and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
