Our client, a manufacturing company, is currently hiring an IT Manager to support factory operations.
The position is based in Dong Nai (near HCM City), with shuttle bus provided.
Job Description
Set up and manage the IT department for a new manufacturing factory
Implement, operate, and improve the ERP accounting system
Manage IT infrastructure (network, servers, OA equipment, Help Desk)
Oversee system operation, maintenance, and IT security
Act as IT focal point, working closely with factory management and HQ IT
Lead and develop IT team members
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher
6+ years of IT experience in manufacturing industry
5+ years of project/team management experience
Experience working in Japanese or multinational companies
English: Business level (able to communicate in work)
Japanese: JLPT N3+ is a plus
Strong leadership, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills
