Job brief:

Along with the goal to expand business globally, the company is looking for a competitive and trustworthy Client Success Executive to help the company build up their business activities for English speaking markets.

Job Description:

  • Approach and propose to potential English-speaking clients in America, Europe, Australia, Singapore, etc. to establish rapport and arrange meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities
  • Increasing the value of current clients
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and events
  • Developing a consultative relationship with clients


  • Native English speaker is a MUST
  • Exceptional communication (both verbal and written) with internal agency departments, vendors, and clients
  • Have strong presentation skills, experience with client interaction, and possess confidence to assertively and tactfully manage challenging clients
  • Experience working with corporate structures and business-to-business sales is a plus
  • Good work ethics by exhibiting unquestionable integrity

Interview process: 2 rounds with line manager
