Responsibilities
Deconstructing Briefs: Analyse complex client needs to identify knowledge gaps and determine the exact industry insights required
High-Level Headhunting: Conduct in-depth profile research using LinkedIn and global professional networks to identify top-tier industry leaders
Cold Outreach & Persuasion: Initiate conversations via phone and email to pitch projects and persuade relevant experts to participate in consultations
End-to-End Project Management: Own the final step, from matching vetted experts with clients and coordinating schedules across international time zones to ensuring every client interaction runs seamlessly
Requirements
Multilingual Fluency: Fluency in Korean at TOPIK Level 5, TOPIK Level 6, or native level, together with fluent or business-level English
Sales & KPI Drive: A results-oriented mindset and strong motivation to achieve targets, demonstrated through previous internships, demanding university projects, extracurricular achievements, or professional experience
