JAC's client, an industrial real estate developer is looking for a Civil Engineer position.
Location: Dong Nai 

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Overall management and supervision of infrastructure construction items in the industrial park (Water supply station, rainwater pumping station, office building, factory & warehouse for rent, etc.).

  • Review and examine design documents and construction drawings, and propose adjustments when necessary.

  • Coordinate with design consultants, supervision consultants, and construction contractors to ensure project progress and quality.

  • Monitor and control construction progress, update and report periodically to manager.

  • Inspect and verify the volume of work performed and the contractor's payment documents.

  • Participate in the acceptance testing of construction items, ensuring compliance with technical standards and legal regulations.

  • Overseeing occupational safety and environmental hygiene at the construction site.

  • Coordinate in resolving issues that arise during construction.
    Store and manage project records in accordance with company regulations.

  • Coordinate with other departments within the company to implement assigned tasks.  


Job Requirements

  • Graduated from university with a major in civil and industrial construction. Preference will be given to candidates who graduated from the University of Technology, University of Construction, or University of Architecture

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in on-site construction work is required, with experience in Grade I and Grade II construction projects being an advantage. Candidates with experience working as a project owner or supervisory consultant are preferred.

  • Understanding the process of managing construction investment projects, especially industrial park infrastructure projects.

  • Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Highly responsible and proactive in their work.

  • Proficient in using software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, MS Project, etc.
