· Admin for 7 members in HCMC & 2 members in Hanoi
· Create payment requests
· Scan and send all evidences for monthly closings
· Prepare expense reports for all members
· Communicate with HQ in Tokyo in English
· Coordinate new contracts with HQ (only expense related)
· Sign & stamp control (registration on a listing)
· Coordinate Visa & WP/TRC with accounting firm for new expats
· Business travel, Courier, Stationary, Room key, Business card, Gift receipt management etc.
· Others requested by GD
· 3 years of related working experience
· Bachelor’s degree
· Proficiency of English
· Bonus 2 times per year (January and July)
· Annual health insurance package (200 USD/year)
· Monthly transportation allowance (20 USD/month)
