The company is Medical company.



  • Basic troubleshooting, installation, maintenance and repair on designated equipment.
  • Establish and achieve goals and objectives for the service function within assigned region of responsibility.
  • Develop plans to make the most efficient use of resources in the pursuit of customer service
  • Build effective service team
  • Identify the training needs and organize the training programs for Field Service Engineers.
  • Provide feedback to Sales and Marketing to report potential customer applications of the Company products.
  • Organize training for customers
  • Ensure qualification of less experienced FSEs (Field Service Engineers)
  • Monitor key variables for services and take corrective action as necessary.
  • Develop and maintain a level of knowledge of the Company Products and services.
  • Travel to customer’s site to assist in on-site services.
  • Completing Preventative Maintenance and field modifications
  • Ordering and managing repair parts cycle times.
  • Keeping up date on administrative responsibilities such as maintaining customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and proper follow-up.
  • Maintaining tools and test equipment and ensuring they are properly calibrated
  • To provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area  
  • To provide training/ product presentation/demo to customer or partners
  • Must be able to communicate orally and in written form in concise and articulate manner with domestic and international stakeholders
  • To  work with Regional Manager to develop annual aftersales service activities and strategic plans



  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required. Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology is preferable
  • Good in English
  • Good understanding of IT technology
  • Must have experience servicing medical device equipment (at least 10 years)
  • 3 working years of team manager experience
  • After sale service background is preferable
  • Active mindset, Self-driven and self-motivated, Strong customer orientation, Quality orientation.
  • Work experience in technical management preferable
  • Experience in medical device company is advantage
  • Proficient level of computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
  • Age from 32 to 42 years old.
  • Ability to multi-task activities with shifting priorities. Able to work productively in a pressurized environment
