The Apparel Merchandiser role joins a growing sourcing and production team responsible for managing apparel product development and production with suppliers and factories. Based in Ho Chi Minh City, the position oversees activities from sourcing through shipment while supporting product quality and timely delivery.
Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end production process from sourcing through shipment
Coordinate with suppliers and factories to ensure product quality and on-time delivery
Monitor production progress and support product development activities
Requirements
5+ years of experience in merchandising, production, or fabric development
Japanese proficiency at JLPT N2 level or above
Strong knowledge of garment manufacturing and supplier management
Willingness to undertake business travel
