Job Description:
- Consult with dealer owner how to improve their service performance
- Make achievement in DS that can be introduced to dealers as know-how
- Resolve all issues (especially difficult issues) in the service department
- Set proper price and inventories by cooperation with parts department
- Resolve and improve maintenance repair and customer service issues
- Manage all personnel, materials, activity, achievements, etc. regarding the service organization
- Understand all work of service department and carry out efficiently in consideration of time and budget
- Plan the required activities and draw up a budget
- Create goals for each department and team, annual activities plans, and achieve them
- Make and submits reports to Suzuki Japan and upper management
- Check related documents in the service department on his/her own responsibility
- Check and improve staff attitude, compliance with company policy, and work ability
- Improve the work environment
- In addition, perform the work instructed by the boss
Requirements:
- Age: 35 years old and over
- English: Business level
- 10 years experiences about automotive service field
