Job Description

Trading company which the main markets are automotive, printers, home appliance,… currently needs one more person to share accounting job and cum admin job.


1. Job Duties:

Accounting job:

Record accounting transaction: purchase invoice, sale invoice, admin fee, other service fee, record such as fixed asset, tooling fee, prepaid expense, accrual expense etc.

Daily issue VAT invoice.

Arrange payment monthly.

Make some tax report as instruction from other accountant (if you completed another job and willing to learn about it)

Other task of accounting job.

Have opportunity to study about general accountant job such as tax report, financial statement and other internal report if you are willing to learn.

Your tasks will be double-checked and be reported to another Vietnamese accountant.

Admin job:

In the beginning of each month, download attendance data, make allowance report to HR out-sourcing and manager.

Buy stationery, equipment for office & pantry.

Make contract, check invoice of arising services (regarding to admin fee, example: office rental fee, PC for office, annual company trip, ect.), contact with other parties (rental office, rental car, IT, taxi, …) to solve issues occurred or renew contract periodically.

Do other admin tasks:

Make calendar, card visit.

Hold company trip, YE party event, …

Make Visa/Work permit/TRC for foreigner (via agency).

Book air ticket, hotel for staff going business trip or foreigner to Vietnam.

Check business trip claim and pass to Accounting for payment.

Do other tasks assigned by GM.

Your admin tasks will be reported to Japanese manager.


2. Qualification/Experience:

-       University of Accounting, Finance.

-       At least 2-3 year experience in finance and accounting field in foreign company.

-       Have experience in payment, issue invoice or account payables, account receivables.

-       Have basic knowledge about tax. You will be training if don’t have experience.

-       Fast software knowledge is prefer.

-       General accounting experience or admin job experience is prefer.


3. Languages/Skills:

Toeic is equal to 650 up.

Good English communication is must.

Microsoft Office. Especially Excel formula skills.
