System Engineer [Dong Nai]

Job Description

• Gather and analyze client requirements to propose suitable IT and network solutions aligned with business needs

• Manage project timelines, coordination, and execution to ensure successful delivery
  Select appropriate equipment and technologies based on proposed solutions

• Perform onsite installation and configuration of network devices and systems

• Provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support to ensure stable system operation

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve technical issues directly at client locations

• Oversee server room operations, including asset management and system monitoring

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure including PCs, networks, servers, and systems

• Hands-on experience configuring devices such as servers, routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points

• Familiarity with cloud services such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace

• Experience working in customer-facing roles with strong service orientation

• Good communication skills in English

• Team-oriented mindset with flexibility and adaptability

• Ability to follow internal policies, security standards, and operational procedures

• Understanding of Japanese business practices is an advantage
