The Service Engineer - Japanese Speaker role provides installation, maintenance, repair, and after-sales support for environmental testing equipment at customer sites. Based onsite in Hanoi, the position combines hands-on technical work, customer support, equipment commissioning, and collaboration with internal teams and overseas engineers.
Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair environmental testing equipment at customer sites
Provide technical after-sales support and troubleshooting
Handle customer enquiries and ensure timely resolution
Conduct regular equipment maintenance and inspection services
Support equipment setup and commissioning
Collaborate with internal teams and overseas engineers using Japanese and English
Prepare service reports and technical documentation
Requirements
Ability to communicate in Japanese and English in a professional working environment
Experience in electrical work or refrigeration-related systems
Ability to read and understand electrical circuit diagrams
Ability to read and understand refrigeration circuit diagrams
Preferred qualifications:
Experience working in a Japanese company
Field service or customer-facing technical experience
