Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting support for customers.
Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
Resolve technical issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with the technical team in Japan.
Support field service projects and other assigned tasks.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Maintenance, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineer.
Experience in the semiconductor, PCB, or packaging substrate industry is a plus.
Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance experience with large equipment.
Able to work independently, flexible, customer-oriented, and willing to respond to emergencies.
Japanese language skills are an advantage.
