The Senior Human Resources Staff role is a key position supporting factory operations at Long Duc Industrial Park. The position covers recruitment, employment contract administration, attendance management, payroll, social insurance, legal compliance, and expatriate Personal Income Tax (PIT), offering broad involvement across Human Resources (HR) operations in a large manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
Recruitment
Attract and select suitable candidates
Plan and organise recruitment activities to meet workforce requirements
Complete recruitment processes and review selected applications
Plan and implement employer branding and talent attraction activities, including job fairs, seminars, educational sponsorships, internships, and site visits
Prepare statistical reports comparing recruitment plans with actual recruitment
Build and develop recruitment networks and candidate sources
Employment Contract Management
Send employment contract renewal information within the required timelines
Receive contract renewal evaluation results and complete approval procedures for resignations or decisions not to renew employment contracts
Issue and arrange the signing of employment contracts for all employees
Store and manage different types of employment contracts
Attendance Management
Track employee attendance daily
Monitor leave and overtime policies
Review attendance records and resolve incorrect or missing attendance data, including cases involving applicable employee leave and attendance policies
Receive and process explanations through the Human Resources Management (HRM) application and manage documents relating to different types of leave
Register and update shift schedules based on information received from departments
Monitor and allocate annual leave monthly and resolve related cases
Finalise monthly attendance records
Operate the attendance system using FaceX software
Recommend improvements to FaceX, HRM, and other software related to assigned responsibilities
Compensation, Benefits, Social Insurance & Payroll
Manage monthly social insurance registrations, including additions, removals, and adjustments, through TS24 software
Process social insurance benefits, including sick leave, maternity leave, and convalescence, accurately and on time
Manage the corporate social insurance database and procedures for issuing and closing insurance books for incoming and departing employees
Act as the primary liaison with social insurance authorities
Consolidate attendance data from FaceX and HRM to process and finalise monthly payroll accurately, confidentially, and on time
Control the application of employee benefits, bonuses, and deductions in accordance with corporate financial policies
Legal Compliance & Global Personal Income Tax
Apply current statutory requirements, including the Labour Code, tax laws, and other relevant legal frameworks
Manage expatriate and global PIT matters, ensuring compliance with current regulations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field
3–5 years of experience in HR operations within a manufacturing company with more than 1,000 employees
Strong expertise in recruitment, attendance management, Compensation and Benefits (C&B), social insurance, employment contracts, and labour law compliance
Practical knowledge and experience in expatriate and global PIT
Good communication and reporting skills in English or Japanese
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Human Resources Information System (HRIS) software
Strong data analysis and report preparation skills
Excellent teamwork skills, with a proven ability to establish processes and meet deadlines
