The Senior Accounting & Tax Consultant role provides clients with practical guidance on accounting, taxation, and regulatory compliance. The position manages end-to-end service delivery for assigned client portfolios, covering financial reporting, statutory filings, and technical advisory support. This is an onsite position based in Hanoi.
Responsibilities
Advise clients on accounting and tax matters to support regulatory compliance and operational effectiveness
Manage end-to-end accounting and tax service delivery for assigned client portfolios
Prepare, review, and validate financial reports and statutory financial statements
Assist clients with tax declarations and related compliance filings
Provide technical guidance and practical recommendations on accounting and tax matters raised by clients
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field
More than 3 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, auditing, or business advisory services
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
Familiarity with artificial intelligence-enabled tools and the ability to apply technology to improve work productivity
Client-focused approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work effectively under pressure while managing multiple priorities
Proactive attitude with a commitment to continuous learning and professional development
