Job Description
Design and implement security measures across access control, identity management, endpoints, and networks in alignment with global objectives
Lead or contribute to the deployment of security solutions such as identity management, endpoint protection, and data protection tools while coordinating with internal teams and external partners
Manage and continuously improve security operations, including tool configuration, monitoring, and enhancement initiatives
Support responses to incidents, vulnerabilities, and risks, ensuring timely and effective mitigation
Review system and operational changes from a security perspective and ensure alignment with policies and guidelines
Maintain visibility of the overall security landscape across people, processes, and systems, identifying gaps and driving improvements
Qualifications
Professional 7 years of experience in IT or information security
Hands-on experience implementing security solutions in areas such as identity and access management, endpoint security, or network and cloud security
Ability to understand security from a holistic perspective rather than isolated components
Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts and coordinate effectively with stakeholders
Proficiency in English and Japanese for both written and verbal communication
Experience working in global or multi-location environments is advantageous
Knowledge of security policies, governance, and operational processes is preferred
Familiarity with cloud-based environments is beneficial
Relevant security certifications are a plus
Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues and propose improvements independently
Collaborative approach to working with both local and international teams
