Job Description
Support ERP implementation projects for clients across Japan and the Asia-Pacific region
Analyze business processes and operational requirements related to finance, sales, procurement, logistics, and production functions
Participate in business process re-engineering initiatives to align client operations with ERP best practices
Configure, customize, and optimize ERP systems based on business requirements
Collaborate with functional and technical teams to deliver ERP solutions
Provide user support, training, testing, and post-implementation assistance
Communicate with international stakeholders and support project activities conducted in Japanese and English
Qualifications
Minimum 2 to 3 years of ERP-related experience
Experience working with ERP implementation, consulting, development, or support projects
Experience with SAP or Oracle ERP is preferred
Experience in one or more of the following areas:
Finance and Accounting
Sales
Procurement
Logistics
Production
SAP ABAP, SAP FICO, or SAP S/4HANA experience is highly desirable
Oracle ERP consulting, technical, or development experience is an advantage
Experience supporting regional or multinational projects within the Asia-Pacific region is preferred
Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N1 level
Strong English communication skills
Ability to learn new technologies and business processes in a consulting environment
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
