JAC's client is a Chinese Trading Company hiring Merchandiser - Garment/ Apparel Materials
Job Responsibilities
Work directly with overseas customers
Participate in meetings, discussions, and negotiations with customers via online and in-person channels.
Manage, monitor, and follow up garment orders from order confirmation to shipment.
Coordinate closely with internal departments (production, planning, quality, logistics, etc.) to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
Update order status, reports, and related documentation as required.
Requirements:
Fluent in Japanese language
Having from 3 years experience in the garment/apparel industry
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and handle multiple orders/tasks simultaneously.
Having Chinese/ English language skill is a big plus.
Careful, responsible, and highly committed to work quality and deadlines.
