The role is open in terms of sales channels. The key expectation is the ability to drive topline growth, identify new opportunities, and build a strong commercial organization.
Job Responsibilities
Take full ownership of sales performance and revenue growth
Develop and execute business development and sales strategies to drive sustainable results
Identify and open new market opportunities, customer segments, or revenue streams
Build, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team, including target setting, coaching, performance management
Work closely with senior management to align sales strategy with overall business objectives
Monitor market dynamics and adjust commercial strategies to maximize growth
Job Requirements
Proven experience in a Sales Director/ Head of Sales or equivalent senior sales leadership role
Hands-on sales experience in FMCG or FMCG-like businesses, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and execution
Solid track record of driving revenue growth and delivering sales results
Strong business development mindset, open to working across different sales models or channels
Experience in building, leading, and scaling sales teams
Strategic yet execution- focused with strong leadership capability
Having good English skills, having good Japanese skills are a strong advantage
Results-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast- paced environment
