Job Responsibilities
Support and implement site safety activities in line with project conditions and management requirements.
Manage and monitor safety activities of subcontractors (toolbox talks, safety induction, site control).
Conduct risk assessments and hazard analyses to identify and prevent potential safety risks.
Perform daily site patrols and regular safety inspections for equipment and machinery.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly safety reports.
Provide safety training on procedures, emergency response, and use of PPE.
Participate in construction meetings and proactively advise on safety improvements.
Investigate incidents/accidents and report promptly to relevant managers.
Carry out other safety-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
5–10 years of experience in construction safety or a similar role.
Good knowledge of site safety regulations and practices.
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel).
Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
Fluent English communication skills.
Flexible, proactive, and strong problem-solving mindset.
