Quality Control

Job Responsibilities

• Manage product quality for approximately 7 partner manufacturing factories

• No daily factory visits required; factory visits only when: o Before shipment o Quality issues or customer claims occur o New projects or new products are launched

• Conduct quality inspections based on specifications and technical drawings

• Analyze defects, identify root causes, and propose corrective/preventive actions

• Prepare quality reports and communicate with Japanese management

• Coordinate with factories and internal stakeholders on quality improvements

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of dedicated QC/QA experience (3–5 years preferred)

• Ability to read and understand technical drawings is mandatory

• Experience in a manufacturing or factory environment

• Japanese is highly preferred (for communication and reporting to Japan headquarters)

• If Japanese is not available: English or Chinese is acceptable
