COMPANY OVERVIEW
We are seeking a highly skilled QS section Leader (Leader ISO team) for manufacturing company.
Work Location: Vsip 2 – Binh Duong
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, implement, and maintain ISO management systems
Lead and manage audits: Internal audits, External audit, third party audit, Customer audit
Drive closure of Non-Conformities (NCs) and corrective actions
Manage document control system: SOPs, Work Instructions, process flows, records
Provide ISO-related training to cross-functional teams
Collaborate with different departments to ensure system compliance
Organize and support Management Review meetings.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Manufacturing, Mechanical, Electrical, Materials, or related field)
At least 5 years of experience in ISO / Quality Systems (ISO 9001 & 14001 Standards)
Minimum 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
Experience in manufacturing environment (semiconductor/electronics preferred)
Fluent in English.
