QA Manager (IATF - English/ Japanese)

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the IATF 16949 quality management system.

• Conduct internal audits and process audits.
  Handle nonconformities, corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

• Manage risk assessment and compliance with IATF core requirements.

• Manage supplier quality related to the quality management system.

• Promote training activities and a culture of compliance within the organization.

• Prepare KPI data and periodic quality reports.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of managerial experience in a similar position.

• Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, relevant ISO standards, and an understanding of automotive customer CSR requirements.

• Experience in operating a QMS in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong skills in auditing, data analysis, root cause analysis (RCA), and project / continuous improvement management.

• Good problem-solving skills.

• Language skills:Good English or Japanese communication
