Responsibilities
Plan purchasing activities, issue POs, and monitor order progress.
Collect quotations and samples for new items.
Handle import documents and customs procedures; coordinate with freight forwarders.
Work with related departments on logistics, customs, and delivery issues.
Manage payment schedules, documents, and logistics/insurance costs.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Other tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Experience in import–export; EPE knowledge is a plus.
Good command of MS Office.
Good Japanese communication skills.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
