We are seeking a highly skilled PE Manager position.
Industry: Manufacturing
Working Location: Long Duc Industrial Park, Dong Nai Province (near Ho Chi Minh City)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Lead and oversee all engineering activities supporting manufacturing processes, including:
SMT (Surface Mount Technology)
PCB Assembly
Final product assembly
Process engineering, jigs, equipment, and testing systems
2.Manage and develop the engineering team to ensure:
High production efficiency
Stable product quality
Continuous improvement initiatives
3.Adapt to a production environment with mass production and frequent model changes.
4.Collaborate cross-functionally with:
Production Control
Maintenance
Quality Assurance
Supply Chain
5.Support production targets and drive operational excellence.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education : Diploma or Bachelor’s degree or above (Engineering or related fields)
Minimum 7 years of experience as a Production Engineering Engineer in electronics manufacturing.
At least 3 years of leadership or management experience.
Experience in:
PCBA and final assembly of electronic products
New Product Introduction (NPI) management
AOI, SPI, ICT, and FCT systems
Knowledge of:
IPC standards (IPC-A-610, IPC-J-STD-001)
Automation and Industry 4.0
Experience in designing or using: Jigs, equipment, and testing software (mechanical & electrical)
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus
Language : Required: English OR Japanese (must be able to work in at least one language)
