A foreign company specializing in Food & Beverage is looking for Packaging Material Control Supervisor to join their dynamic team in Ba Ria - Vung Tau.
Job Responsibilities
- Packaging material inventory control:Monitor inventory levels of packaging materials, ensuring accuracy, avoid stockouts and excess inventory.
- Demand calculation: Analyze the production plan and convert it into material requirements, considering lead time, historical consumption, and available stock.
- Purchase requisition (PR) issuance: Generate and monitor purchase requisitions according to calculated demand, ensuring alignment with deadlines and operational needs.
- Delivery planning: Develop and monitor the delivery plan with suppliers, ensuring compliance and negotiating advances or delays when necessary.
- Operations Planning: Accurate integration between demand, production, purchasing and receiving.
- Quality follows up with suppliers: Open, monitor, and resolve quality claims, working with suppliers to analyze the root cause and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in sciences field (chemistry, food technology, engineering, etc.) or administration
Experience with packaging material
Experience stock control (any material)
Good communicate in English
Advanced knowledge of Excel (using Power BI is a plus)
Analysis tools, CAPA
Leadership and diplomacy in dealing with people (respect and consideration)
