M&A Consultant

JAC’s client, a healthcare group is looking for a M&A Consultant position.
Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam - Work remotely

Job Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and development analysis of new investment projects.

• Evaluate the feasibility of investment opportunities.
  Contract Negotiations.

• Follow up process of executing transactions to meet the business objectives.

• Administer the process of due diligence and corporate value assessment.

• Strictly adhere to the Company policies, procedures, and ethical requirements, ensure the operation of daily activities are ethically and legally complied.

• Support and participate in various ad hoc assignments or projects.

   

Job Requirements

• University degree in Law, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent.

• Having 1-3 years of experience of M&A work in the Consulting/Investment firm or Healthcare projects.

• English professional proficiency
  Strong problem solving, negotiation, research, and analytical skill.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  Accuracy of reports and records.

• Hybrid working, willing to have abroad business trip.
