Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate with departments and factories to ensure timely communication.
- Review contracts and Incoterms for clarity.
- Prepare and verify shipping and customs documents for import/export.
- Submit insurance documents and validate certificates for risk coverage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain organized records and monitor documentation timelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve workflows.
Job Requirements
- Experience: At least 1 year in documentation, import-export, logistics, or related fields (preferably in foreign-invested companies).
- Knowledge: Familiar with international payment methods (D/P, L/C, T/T) and L/C analysis.
- Skills: Proficient in office software and CRM systems.
- Language: Good English communication skills.
