Job Description
Advise management and business teams on corporate, commercial, labor and compliance matters.
Review, draft and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
Support legal matters related to operations, sourcing, transportation, sales and distribution.
Monitor legal and regulatory changes and advise the business on potential risks.
Develop and improve legal templates, policies and processes.
Provide practical legal solutions while considering business needs.
Work with legal teams and senior stakeholders across different countries.
Qualifications
Valid licence to practice law in Vietnam.
Minimum 8 years of relevant legal experience. Experience working in a multinational and/or manufacturing organization is an asset.
Advanced knowledge of Vietnamese civil, commercial, and labor law.
Ability to translate legal concepts into practical and actionable advice.
Bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese and English, both verbal and written. Chinese fluency is an asset.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple assignments within tight timeframes.
