The Legal Associate role supports legal advisory projects, regulatory research, contract review, and compliance matters within an on-site professional services environment. The position offers an opportunity to contribute to client deliverables while working alongside senior legal professionals on a range of legal matters.
Responsibilities
Conduct legal research on laws, regulations, and regulatory developments relevant to client matters
Draft and review legal advice, contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation
Prepare legal updates, newsletters, and presentation materials for seminars and client events
Support senior legal professionals in project execution and the preparation of client deliverables
Perform additional legal and administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements
Qualified lawyer with a valid practising licence
Graduate of Hanoi University of Law and the Diplomatic Academy of Vietnam
More than 4 years of relevant experience in legal advisory, corporate legal services, or related practice areas
Strong legal research, drafting, and analytical skills
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Ability to manage multiple assignments and work effectively within a professional services environment
