The Landscape Design Manager role leads landscape design activities throughout all stages of urban development projects, from design review through construction and maintenance. Based onsite in Thủ Dầu Một, Bình Dương, with a shuttle bus provided from Ho Chi Minh City, the position works closely with consultants and contractors to achieve quality, budget, and schedule objectives.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage landscape design throughout all project stages
Coordinate with consultants and contractors to achieve quality, budget, and schedule targets
Review design documents for quality, cost-effectiveness, and constructability
Resolve design issues and support construction activities onsite
Monitor construction quality and maintenance performance, proposing improvements to support long-term efficiency
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Architecture, Urban Design, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in landscape design and design management
Strong knowledge of planting design, hardscape works, and landscape maintenance
Experience with residential, urban, or large-scale development projects
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office applications
English communication skills
