The Japan Market Sales Manager role supports the continued growth of a developing urban community through residential and commercial sales activities for the Japanese market. The position combines property leasing and sales with customer relationship management, promotional activities and community events, offering broad exposure across real estate and urban development.
Responsibilities
Residential Sales and Leasing
Respond to enquiries from residents, property owners and prospective residents
Promote residential leasing, sales, resale and short-stay booking opportunities
Identify and engage prospective residents
Build and maintain relationships with property agents to support sales and leasing activities
Commercial and Promotional Activities
Plan and operate events that contribute to the development of the urban community
Support tenant promotions and advertising activities
External Relations and Community Engagement
Build and maintain relationships with relevant business organisations
Participate in tours introducing prospective customers and stakeholders to the urban development
Requirements
At least 3 years of full-time professional experience
Bachelor’s degree
Basic English communication skills
Strong customer relationship management skills
Ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with customers and business partners
Proactive approach, willingness to learn and ability to take initiative
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Ability to work in Bình Dương
Preferred qualifications:
Knowledge of the real estate industry
Professional experience in Vietnam
