IT Consultant

Job Description

• Analyze client business processes and IT systems through interviews, data analysis, and documentation review

• Identify operational and system-related issues and design improvement strategies using both technology-driven and non-technology approaches

• Support the planning and implementation of business transformation and IT solutions, including enterprise systems and digital initiatives

• Develop key project deliverables such as business process flows, requirement definitions, fit-gap analyses, and assessment reports

• Participate in project execution by supporting coordination activities, facilitating meetings, and managing stakeholders

• Contribute to client communication, proposal preparation, and pre-sales activities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

• At least 5 years of experience in IT consulting or involvement in IT-related projects

• Experience in areas such as IT strategy, system implementation, business process improvement, or project management and PMO support

• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and documentation skills

• Business-level English and native-level Vietnamese proficiency

• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders and manage communication effectively

• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and willingness to take on new challenges

Preferred qualifications include experience in consulting environments, familiarity with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or SCM, background in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or logistics, and exposure to data analytics or digital transformation initiatives.
