The IBC - Japanese Speaking Consultant - Staff role supports clients investing and operating businesses in Vietnam by providing guidance on the local business environment, administrative procedures, and regulatory compliance. The position offers an opportunity to develop specialist knowledge while assisting with investment, enterprise management, labour, and tax-related matters.
Responsibilities
Advise clients on Vietnam’s business environment and the administrative procedures associated with investment activities
Provide guidance on regulatory compliance relating to investment, enterprise management, labour, and tax, with specialist knowledge provided through training
Support clients in completing administrative procedures involving investment, enterprise registration, and labour matters
Liaise with government agencies on behalf of clients in relation to relevant administrative procedures
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree from Foreign Trade University, Hanoi National University, or another relevant and recognised university in Japan
Japanese-language proficiency at JLPT N1 level
1 year or less of work experience in Vietnam
High-level English communication skills would be an advantage
Good communication and logical-thinking skills
Strong willingness to learn and take on new challenges
Positive, approachable, and client-oriented attitude
