JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Human Resources

  • Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment activities

  • Develop, implement, and improve HR policies, procedures, and systems

  • Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs

  • Manage employee relations and handle internal HR issues

  • Ensure compliance with Vietnamese labor laws and company regulations

  • Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation

Administration

  • Supervise daily administrative operations (office management, assets, suppliers, etc.)

  • Manage office facilities, equipment, and vendor relationships

  • Ensure a professional, well-organized working environment

  • Support company events, internal activities, and logistics

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Japanese proficiency: JLPT N2 or above (N1 preferred)

  • English proficiency is a plus

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR & Administration

  • Prior experience in a senior or team leader role is preferred

  • Solid understanding of Vietnamese labor law and HR practices

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

  • Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
