Job Responsibilities
Define and execute test strategies, test plans, and validation frameworks for networking products.
Perform various testing activities including functional, performance, stability, and regression testing.
Analyze network issues using diagnostic tools such as Wireshark and Tcpdump to identify root causes.
Work closely with development teams to reproduce issues and ensure product quality.
Build and enhance QA processes, testing standards, and validation methodologies.
Drive the adoption of automation testing and improve overall test efficiency.
Mentor QA engineers and contribute to team capability development.
Ensure release readiness and continuously improve product quality and test coverage.
Job Requirements
3+ years of experience in networking, broadband, telecom, or related QA/validation roles.
Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals such as TCP/IP, routing, switching, and troubleshooting.
Hands‑on experience with packet analysis and diagnostic tools (e.g. Wireshark, Tcpdump).
Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving, and root cause analysis skills.
Experience leading testing activities or mentoring team members.
Ability to work independently and collaborate across cross‑functional teams.
Good English communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Telecommunications, or related field.
Experience with issue tracking tools
Hands‑on experience with automation testing (Python, Robot Framework, Shell)
Familiarity with broadband protocols such as TR‑069, TR‑369.
Testing certifications such as ISTQB.
