The Garment/Textile Sales Executive - Japanese Speaker role supports customer and supplier coordination within the garment and textile industry. The position combines commercial administration with production follow-up, quality control, and cost management, offering an opportunity to contribute across key stages of the sales and production process.
Responsibilities
Communicate and coordinate with customers and suppliers
Prepare and manage quotations and purchase orders
Follow up on production schedules and production management activities
Monitor quality control, costs, and performance throughout the production process
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
Previous experience working for a trading company in the textile, garment, or a related industry
Japanese language proficiency at JLPT N3 or above
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to complete assigned tasks effectively
Good communication and coordination skills when working with internal and external stakeholders
Proactive approach to work
