Job Responsibilities
Lead and oversee end-to-end operational planning and execution of exhibitions and conferences in Vietnam
Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with global quality standards
Manage local and regional operations teams, contractors, and external service partners
Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and government relations teams to support event delivery
Ensure compliance with local regulations, licensing requirements, and venue standards
Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, cost control, and resource utilization
Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure smooth event execution
Support long-term operational strategy and scalability as the business grows in Vietnam
Job Requirements
Proven senior-level experience in event, exhibition, or large-scale project operations management
Strong leadership background with experience managing multidisciplinary teams
Solid understanding of exhibition logistics, venue operations, and supplier management
Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills
Excellent communication skills in English
