Company and Job Overview
A global event organisation delivering large-scale international conferences and exhibitions that connect senior stakeholders and drive industry-wide collaboration.

 

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end operational planning and execution of exhibitions and conferences in Vietnam

  • Ensure all events are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with global quality standards

  • Manage local and regional operations teams, contractors, and external service partners

  • Coordinate closely with sales, marketing, finance, and government relations teams to support event delivery

  • Ensure compliance with local regulations, licensing requirements, and venue standards

  • Drive continuous improvement in operational processes, cost control, and resource utilization

  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure smooth event execution

  • Support long-term operational strategy and scalability as the business grows in Vietnam


Job Requirements

  • Proven senior-level experience in event, exhibition, or large-scale project operations management

  • Strong leadership background with experience managing multidisciplinary teams

  • Solid understanding of exhibition logistics, venue operations, and supplier management

  • Experience working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments

  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills

  • Excellent communication skills in English
