JAC's client is a Japanese Manufacturing Company hiring Engineering Manager/ Technical Manager
Job Responsibilities
Review and approve configuration and engineering design processes
Review and approve equipment plans (disposal, fabrication, arrangement)
Develop and implement equipment maintenance plans
Propose and execute corrective and preventive actions for equipment failures
Manage procurement of measuring instruments, tools, and equipment
Purchase and arrange factory consumables and materials
Manage maintenance of spare parts, equipment, and infrastructure
Drive productivity improvement initiatives
Promote and implement automation projects
Support material consumption review and optimization
Monitor and supervise maintenance activities, machinery, and tools
Plan and set up new production lines
Coordinate with other departments to resolve arising issues
Perform other tasks assigned by management
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields
At least 3 years of management experience in a similar position
Proficient in AutoCAD and SolidWorks
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Language: Good at English (TOEIC ≥ 600), or Japanese (JLPT N3 or above)
