JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
[Module related EE]
E-fail FACA
Sensor / substrate / flex IQC
Project EE issue FA
Involving a project design on Electrical
Review/highlight design issue/concern on Electrical by DFM etc.
Managing to remove electrical issue/concern by DOE etc.
Involvement for the technical item for all electrical related components
material design check, IQC, technical discussion with supplier
Joining EE issue FACA.
[Test related EE]
Test PCB design and validation
DOE validation
Tester hardware check
Developing test related PCB board and its validation.
Involving the electrical item of test machine. Technical discussion with PCB and tester venders.
Joining a tester electrical issue FACA
Supporting the electrical test items (Open/Short check, Resistance check, Current check, etc)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related background.
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in EE
Proficiency in English toeic 600 above (additional Japanese or Chinese skills are a plus).
